ARE THESE PRODUCTS 100% ORIGINAL?

Of course! You should know that our payment platforms are the largest and most secure in the world: STRIPE and PAYPAL. Both have requested and verified proof of origin of our items. Without such checks, we would not be able to use your payment platforms.

Likewise META (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Shopping.

All items sold on Styloove are 100% original. They have been purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors. Each item is personally checked for authenticity and provenance.

We have one of the most equipped warehouses in the fashion world: more than 500,000 products available and ready to ship, such as clothing, bags, shoes and accessories of the best brands.

WHY IS IT CHEAPER THAN OTHER STORES?

Styloove is an online store with direct contact with the distributor’s warehouse. It is not a marketplace like Amazon, Ebay, Zalando, Spartoo or Asos.

Typically, these marketplaces charge around 15% in commissions for placing products on their websites. This 15% is usually passed on to the consumer’s final price.

Therefore, we can offer the same products without having to add 15% to the cost of sales.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

First of all, you should know that it is not necessary to open a customer account or register to shop at Styloove.

Placing an order is very simple: after placing the desired items in the shopping cart, you can complete the order by clicking on the “Buy” button.
You can create a customer account during the ordering process, after which you are automatically logged in.
We will then guide you through the three-step ordering process (address – payment method – confirmation) and finally you will be able to complete your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently work with Stripe and Paypal. Two of the largest and safest platforms in the world.

It is possible to pay with various credit cards.

Also from mobile, and depending on whether you use Safari or Chrome, you will see the possibility to pay via ApplePay or GooglePay.

HOW OFTEN IS THE CATALOG UPDATED?

Every day we upload new products. The stock is updated every 4 minutes. That way we ensure that the quantities you see available are correct.

Even so, it may happen that you place an order and in those 4 minutes, another buyer has already purchased it.

DELIVERY TIMES AND TYPES OF SHIPMENTS

All Styloove products are shipped from Italy. They have a preparation time of between 24 and 72 hours from the time of purchase. Once prepared, the user will be notified by email. It is at this point that the estimated delivery times will begin to count. The arrival time will depend on the shipping service contracted (Free, Standard or Express).

We have three types of shipping:

  1. FREE – Delivery in 4-8 working days after product preparation
  2. STANDARD: 5 € + VAT – Delivery in 3-5 working days after product preparation
  3. EXPRESS: 12 € + VAT – Delivery in 2-3 working days from the preparation of the product

By default, your Cart will be assigned FREE shipping, but you can select another type of shipping.

Sometimes the delivery time may be longer depending on the item(s) selected and whether the product is in our warehouses or in the warehouses of another distributor or the same manufacturer.

Styloove will inform you of the estimated delivery time when you make your purchase and you will be able to check the shipping status at any time, from the “Order Tracking” section or the tracking provided by email at the time of pick-up by the carrier.

If the order combines different products, the delivery time will be established from the furthest delivery date.

Styloove only ships to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), and Rest of Europe. For logistical and cost reasons, orders to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands* will not be accepted.

*Other areas may be excluded from our delivery zone. The user has all the information in his shopping cart before confirming his purchase.

We currently ship to the following countries in Europe:

Italy, Germany, Spain (except Canary Islands), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Luxembourg, Holland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Denmark, Portugal, Spain (except Canary Islands), Sweden, Greece, Malta

For logistical and cost reasons, orders to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands (Spain) will not be accepted.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

We work with DHL. At the time your package is picked up from the warehouse in Italy, you will receive an email similar to this one.

Click on Track to know the status of your shipment and to obtain the identification code of the package.

POST TRACKING

RETURN DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR WRONG SIZE

If the product is defective or does not fit your size, you will have 15 days to request a refund.

In addition, we will take care of the pick-up for you free of charge.

Once we check the returned product, we will proceed to exchange or refund your money.

How do I do it?

  1. I sent an e-mail requesting the return or refund to info@styloove.es.
  2. It is imperative to place the item in the original packaging.
    Insert a copy of the order note, invoice or delivery note in the package.
  3. The refund will be made after verification of the returned items through the payment method used for the purchase.
    Be sure to return the items in the same condition in which you received them, as we do not accept returns of damaged items.

*No refunds will be made on used underwear.
